Deciding on the Genre

Last blog, we left off that I hadn't decided what genre I wanted to do for my magazine. I was almost sure on fashion, but I allowed myself some time to think over and decide if I'd rather do food. I truly felt enlightened the day of the photoshoot for fashion. I enjoyed every aspect of it, like choosing the outfits, the background, the pose, the camera angle, and more. I did not think of it as an assignment, more so like an experience.

So, to make my decision I decided to research food magazines. I was surprised to find that I had become disinterested in the genre, or perhaps my interest in fashion had grown to the point where it seemed insignificant. Due to this, I have officially decided to continue with fashion. I am looking forward to my next photoshoot and I'll continue with the updates. Stay tuned!
