For this blog, I am including a documentary that I created with a group. When planning and creating it, we took inspiration from All the Empty Rooms on Netflix. We liked the way it told a story through visuals, pacing, and emotion, and we tried to bring some of that into our own project. This documentary allowed us to work together, share ideas, and experiment with a more serious and meaningful style of media.
Overall, creating this documentary was a valuable experience because it helped me understand how to build a story using visuals and editing. Working in a group also taught me how to collaborate and combine different ideas into one final product. Taking inspiration from All the Empty Rooms helped guide our style, and it showed me how professional media can influence our own work. This project helped me improve skills that I can use in future productions.
